Follow these simple tips to get the most from your candle:

Before You Light Your Candle
Choose the right spot — place your candle on a heat-resistant surface away from drafts, fans, or open windows for an even burn. Keep away from the reach of children or any wobbly or uneven surfaces.

While Your Candle's Burning
The first burn matters: Let the candle burn for at lest one hour, longer for wider pillar candles. The aim is to allow the wax melt to the edges of the candle because this prevents tunnelling in future burns.

Burn time: Try not to exceed 4 hours per session because the wick can become too hot. Let the candle cool completely before relighting it.

Keep an eye on the flame: If it develops a mushroom shaped head from having burned too hot fuelled by a breeze, extinguish the flame, trim the wick, and relight.

Putting Out Your Candle
We recommend snubbing out the candle flame by dipping the wick into the melted wax with an old match stick, then gently lifting it up again. Clean the wax pool by removing any debris like wick trimmings or matches. 

Trimming between burns is only recommended if a mushroom shaped head forms on the wick.

Store it right: Keep your candle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading or blooming.
