Shipping policy

Standard Australian orders (Flat rate $15) are shipped within 3-5 days, and express postage ($25) 1-2 days. Free shipping on orders over $120. 

International orders are shipped within 5-10 days, and may be subject to local customs duties and taxes on arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer. For example NZ customers may be charged a small NZ Customs/MPI goods levy (~$2.61+GST) on arrival. Please add in a delivery address at checkout for a shipping quote and free shipping limit for your country.

If you need to return a damaged or incorrect item for replacement, please email orders@swtasmaniacandles.com and we'll figure the best way to get a replacement to you together.
