Refund policy
We do not offer refunds and have a 30-day return for exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your candle to request an exchange.
To start an exchange, please use the contact us form or Instagram messaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you need to return a damaged or incorrect item for replacement, please email orders@swtasmaniacandles.com and we'll figure the best way to get a replacement to you together.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
